I am quite certain my lineage bears an unfortunate heritage, my ancestors were probably rough mountain people, with big butts and strong appetites. That would definitely explain why I genetically received such an endless hunger and such countless cravings every day. When I was a teenager, in order to keep a reasonable feminine figure, I would only eat 2 times a day, very tiny portions, no bread, no sweets, no meat (that's right) and perform significant cardio for, at least, 20 minutes daily. My personal weight record is 53 kg at 170cm, and I am very certain I would have never been able to weight any less than that. My point is, I know what, starving to look good, means. Nevertheless I was deeply touched by the sad, sad stories of some famous models who died, because they obstinately wanted to become thinner and thinner.
Ana Carolina Reston is one of them, she was only 21 when, distressed because some famous idiot designer referred to her as being "too fat", she started a 3 month diet of tomatoes and apples. She died of kidney malfunction after 3 months and a half, weighting 41 kg.
Isabelle Caro is a french model who died last year at 28 years old after a 15 year battle with anorexia. Until the last day of her life she encouraged young girls to ignore the public general idea that thinner is beautiful.
She was the image of a "no anorexia" campaign.
